Today I started the blog. I have in mind to take it on cinematography, specifically on light and colour. Before I started uploading blog entries, I wanted to change the design. My intention is for it to be minimalist. Regarding colours, apart from black and white, I have chosen to use a teal & orange look since this grading colour is very popular in Hollywood movies and blockbusters so it is easily recognizable.

I have used pictures and random texts to edit the blog knowing how it will look when I upload my articles

Today I am working on the blog adding a description and changing the name according to what Amanda told me. I have also already outlined the posts that I am going to upload, all referring to light and colour. The first is already published and deals with the invention of the colour blue. The following entries will be:

• The ghost eyes in the cinema.
• Red scale technique for taking pictures.
• Cameras of colour and their racist biases.

Some other ideas to continue it if desired:

• Photo editions before photoshop.
• Why green screen and not pink screen.

Besides, I will continue with this journal and I will also make a page with contact information and about myself as the blog's author.

Between yesterday and today, I have written and programmed the next entries that I am going to publish. Apart from the bibliography and images, they all have a hyperlink or video inserted.

I have also fixed some design things. 

First, I decided to remove the section of my profile that I had in the upper left of the blog and put some links to my social networks and a Spotify playlist. Maybe the next day I will add a YouTube video or so, I have to think about it. It seems to me that it is more professional.

The section of my profile will go on a page next to the entries that I will write the next day.

Finally, I changed the colour of the labels since I have decided that I am going to use them in my posts.

For some reason my editing profile is in Spanish, I have tried to change it too but I can't guess because my google account is Spanish.

I have changed the design again by adding a contact form. This is the final version. I also finished writing the entries that I still had to make and have scheduled them to be published between today and tomorrow.

I have added the author's profile page with a short bio about me and a photo that matches the teal & orange look of the page too. The blog itself would already be finished and I could continue publishing whenever I wanted.

I need to make the video with the guide on how to start to blog that I´ll publish between tomorrow and Tuesday.
